What is the definition of a Cape Home?

The Cape Cod Style: A Cape Cod home, or simply Cape, is generally a one-and-a-half story home with a steeply pitched roof. Capes are often designed with dormers, and are typically rectangular, although neither of these features is necessary. Often Capes are finished with siding on the exterior.

The house gamepiece used in the board game Monopoly is a simple example of a cape.
